Visiting The Kennel
Our office is located at The Kennel. The Kennel is a specially designed and curated space for K9 Ventures, for select K9 portfolio companies, and special guests. We’re proud to be residents of The Kennel and we trust that you will appreciate this small, creative, and thoughtful space.
The Kennel is a dog-friendly office and there are usually dogs on the premises. If you are allergic to dogs, please let us know in advance so we can schedule for a different location.

Parking
There is free street parking on Industrial Ave. Please park on the street. There is a handicapped access spot located in the front of the building.
Please do not park in any of the parking spots along the neighboring building with whom we share our parking lot. Although not marked, those spots are for the use of Lerch Construction only. Warning: If you park there your vehicle may be towed.
Bicycle parking: Bicycles can be safely ‘parked’ in the back of the building. If you are riding your bicycle to The Kennel, please tell your host. When you arrive call or text and ride your bicycle to the back gate on the left hand side of the building. Your host will open the gate for you and you may park your bicycle against the wall.
When you arrive
Once you arrive, please use the Ring doorbell. If there is no response please text/call the person you are here to see.
This is a shared working space. Please be thoughtful of your voice/device volume. Both the conference room and Container are lined with acoustic foam, so you can lower your speaking voice without an issue. Also please keep doors to meeting rooms closed during your meeting. If you have a phone call during your time at The Kennel please step outside – there are chairs in both the front and the back.
Please do not wander unattended. As a shared working space we are mindful of distractions and confidentiality of our fellow companies.
